Is the full Aadhaar number stored?

No. Verification runs against UIDAI and DigiLocker; full Aadhaar numbers are never stored or displayed. Data stays in India (Mumbai) under DPDP Act 2023 requirements.

What happens when a name does not match?

Certopact scores the match. Above 80% auto-verifies; below that, the entry escalates to the receptionist, who can review and override with a record of the decision.

Does it work across multiple sites?
