Do credits expire?

Yes. Document credit packs and Aadhaar eSign credits are valid for one year from purchase date. Unused credits are forfeited at the end of that period.

What happens when a Business plan runs out of documents?

Envelopes remain drafted but cannot be sent until the next billing cycle begins or the account moves to a higher tier. Signed PDFs, templates, and audit trails remain accessible.

How does Aadhaar eSign pricing work?

Aadhaar eSign is billed separately from document credits on a per-signature basis. Credits can be added to any plan.

What payment methods are supported?

Billing is handled through Razorpay with support for UPI, Indian and international cards, net banking, and corporate wallets. Annual Business plans can be invoiced.

Do you offer refunds?

Credit packs and subscription payments are non-refundable. Cancelling a Business subscription stops future billing but does not refund the current period.
