By downloading or using the BookTales App, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Ownership

BookTales App is owned and operated by Seed Data Systems.

All rights, trademarks, branding, and app-related content belong to Seed Data Systems unless otherwise stated.

Usage

BookTales is intended for personal, educational, and creative use.
Users may generate stories, visuals, and audio narration for entertainment or learning purposes.
Content generated within the app should not be used for unlawful, harmful, or misleading activities.

Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Certain features or content may require a subscription or in-app purchase.
Subscriptions, if applicable, auto-renew unless cancelled through your Apple ID settings.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time via your device’s subscription settings.
Payments are handled entirely by Apple. We do not store payment information.

User Content

You retain ownership of the stories and content you create using BookTales.
We do not claim ownership over user-generated stories.
We do not access, store, or share your content unless required for app functionality or unless you choose to share it externally.

Limitations of Liability

BookTales is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
